Through our direct to vendor marketing channels, we successfully acquired the parcel of land on an option agreement. full planning permission to erect an apartment complex containing 4, 2 bed apartments and 2, 1 bed apartments was obtained, in the village of Bilton, just a stone’s throw from the bustling town of Rugby.
Even before completion, the demand was extremely high for these units, owing we believe, to the meticulous attention to detail at every stage of the development.
