Commercial Conversion Into Student Accomodation
Wells Terrance is a purpose build student accommodation complex, located within walking distance of the highly regarded Warwick University Campus.
The project began life as a disused, dilapidated UPVC Factory. Aston Webb Developments acquired the building and through full planning application created 62 units offering student amenities such as common room, games room and communal garden space.
New students have been being welcomed here for over 7 years. This development continues to be one of our proudest achievements.
