This project started life as a redundant industrial unit, that had been previously used as a printing works.

Using a mixture of prior approval and full planning, we gained the permission to re-purpose the building. Creating a sustainable development encompassing some of the latest energy saving measures available including; solar panels, air source heat pumps, living walls and electric car charging points.
